A MOTHER-DAUGHTER DOULA TEAM SERVING DENVER AND SURROUNDING AREAS

We’re so glad you’re here.

We’re a mother-daughter doula team based in Littleton, Colorado, proudly serving Denver and the surrounding areas. With over 20 years of combined experience and 350+ births,, we’re passionate birth workers who are here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, a medicated birth, or something in between, we’re committed to making your birth journey as positive, empowering, and comfortable as possible.

From pregnancy to postpartum, we offer emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your needs. We’re here to listen, guide, advocate, and help you navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy and birth. You’re the one writing the story—we’re just here to support you along the way!

Types of support:

  • Prenatal Support: We’ll meet with you twice (or as many times as you want) before baby’s arrival to help prepare your mind and body for labor. Together, we’ll talk through your birth preferences, practice relaxation and coping techniques (including hypno-birthing and breathing exercises), and make sure you feel confident and ready for the baby’s arrival.

  • Labor Support: We provide continuous, hands-on support during labor, using techniques like massage, Spinning Babies, counter pressure, aromatherapy, TENS unit, hot compress, hypo-birthing and more to keep you calm and comfortable. We’ll work closely with your care team to ensure your birth experience is as smooth as possible, even if baby has other plans!

  • Postpartum Support: Once baby is born, we stay for 1-2 hours (or until the Golden Hour ends) to make sure you’re comfortable, provide lactation/feeding support, and offer nourishment. Then, we return for a postpartum visit with our famous homemade lactation cookies (seriously, they’re a hit!). We’ll also do a birth debrief, share your photo gallery link, and send over any personal notes we took during birth.

  • Extended Postpartum Care: (Limited availability through May 2025) We offer up to 3 months of additional support to help you adjust to life with a newborn. This includes newborn care, light housework, sibling support, and plenty of ongoing education and resources.

  • Birth Photography: We will capture the raw, emotional moments during labor and delivery, and tell your birth journey through photos. Galleries include roughly 100 edited images. For a better idea of our look and feel, scroll to the bottom of this page.

If we sound like a good fit, reach out via our contact page to submit an inquiry form. We can’t wait to meet you!

Doula love,

Brooke & Donna
