Welcome to MountainMamas Doula Services! We are so glad you’re here. Chances are you are expecting or, maybe even have that sweet little newborn in your arms already and are just looking for a little extra support. We would be honored to walk alongside you in however that looks. We are a mother/daughter birth & postpartum doula duo based out of Littleton, Colorado. We love birth work and tether our hearts to our clients to make sure they are supported in the best way - both physically and emotionally.

We have a combined 18+ years of experience (350+ births) providing emotional, physical, and evidence-based support before, during, and up to 3 months postpartum. We hold a complementary role to your OB-GYN or Midwife by focusing on your overall comfort and well-being. During labor, we provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support - to you and your birthing partner.

We are trained to use various techniques to help manage any pain or to help progress labor through the promotion of relaxation, such as massage, movement, positioning, and breathing exercises. We provide emotional support and encouragement (we’re your cheerleaders!) and help facilitate communication with your birth team. Once your sweet little baby is Earthside, we’ll have a postpartum visit & indulge in our homemade lactation cookies, review photos and/or videos, and process the labor and delivery together. Or, maybe you want to get a nap in, and that’s perfectly okay!!
